Registration with a short mandatory parent meeting night: Parras Middle School ~ Wednesday September 7th, 2016 ~ 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Competition: Runners will have the opportunity if they choose to participate middle school distance running events.
Uniform: Parents provide black shorts and running shoes. Club loans race tank which is for the season races
This group is primarily for the children who would like to improve their fitness in general. This group will stay on the Parras Campus for their workouts. Their focus will be walking/running as many laps as they are comfortable with. Their laps will be tallied and awards for each marathon completed will be awarded.
This group’s focus will be on competing in the 2 mile middle school races and local 5k road races. In order to achieve the necessary fitness and experience, these students will be running in supervised off campus road runs. They will eventually be running between 2 and 4 mile workouts.
Both groups will warm up, (core and drills) cool down, and participate in team building activities together (games) . There is flexibility for athletes to move between groups if need be. If you have questions about which group your child should be in, please contact the coaching staff. All athletes are welcome to participate in the monthly race events. Please confer with the coaching staff prior to your race so that we can be sure the event matches your athlete’s fitness level.
